"The children LOVED the workshops, even boys who can be particularly difficult to motivate."
We can work with almost any theme.
Many of our themes link with the National Curriculum.
We have extensive experience of working with children from pre-school to Year 6.
"Quality dance workshops linked to our topic of study and made fun and engaging for all."
"Excellent plans and application of topic by the leaders. Just perfect!"
Kidsdance schools workshops include dance games, exercises and warm-up activities designed to get any group moving, fun original dance sequences and opportunities for the children to create their own dance moves to interesting and appealing music. Live music can be included to give the children a new experience. Kidsdance workshops aim to be inclusive of all participants.
"Fantastic inclusion of children of all abilities."
Kidsdance schools workshops vary in length from 30 minutes to an hour or more, depending on the age of the children. We can teach a maximum of six one-hour workshops (30 children per workshop) in one day.
As well as offering a one-off experience, depending on your location, we can cover the dance curriculum in your school on a longer term basis – from a six week module to a whole year, working with different year groups.
We can take the pressure off staff and provide a top quality dance experience taught by experts that links perfectly to existing schemes of work – without any extra effort on your part!
We can stay on to run an after school dance club, with games and different dance styles.
